1. – Organising company –

NUEVO MILENOO SL (hereinafter “VICTORIA SHOES”), with NIF B26287037 and domicile in c/Dr. Ildefonso Zubía, 3, Pol. Industrial la Maja – (26008 Arnedo, La Rioja), organise a draw that will take place in the following terms and conditions.

2.- Object and mechanics of the draw –

Due to the 2022 Valentine’s Day campaign organized by Calzados Victoria, 1 winner will be chosen from among all those multiple online purchases (2 or more pairs) on our official website www.calzadosvictoria.com that take place between 1 and 14 February, both included.

Participants will have to place an order on the official website of Calzados Victoria for 2 or more pairs. The winner of the draw that will be held among all customers with multiple orders will receive a voucher to spend on the official website of Victoria double the amount of your purchase, that is, if you spend X euros you will receive a voucher of X euros multiplied by 2. Example if you make a purchase worth 50€ you will receive a voucher to redeem on the official website www.calzadosvictoria.com of 100€

A second requirement to be able to obtain the prize will be not to make the partial or total refund of the order as this way your participation would be annulled. If you can make your right to request a change of size or model that has the same amount for free.

If the winner returns their order, the draw will be cancelled and a new draw will be held with all eligible participants.

3.- Duration and territorial scope –

The start date of the campaign shall be 1 February 2021 from 00:00 until 14 February 2021 until 23:59.

The scope of the promotion will be in all those countries in which Calzados Victoria makes online sales through the web www.calzadosvictoria.com: Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Belgium and Holland.

4. – Standing to participate –

All natural persons over the age of 14 residing in any of the countries in which Calzados Victoria sells online through the web www.calzadosvictoria.com may participate in the promotion during the period indicated. (Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Belgium and Holland), make a purchase. Participants who do not meet all the above-mentioned requirements will not be eligible to participate in the draw and consequently to win the prize. All participants who do not comply with all the requirements set out in these Legal Terms will be excluded from the draw by CALZADOS VICTORIA automatically, without prior notice and without any right to compensation or compensation.

Likewise, the shareholders or employees of CALZADOS VICTORIA or of any other company belonging to the same business group are expressly excluded from participation in the draw, and their participation in the draw is therefore prohibited.

5. – Award –

The winner will be chosen at random from all participants who have made a multiple purchase (2 or more pairs) on www.calzadosvictoria.com and meet all the previously specified requirements. The winner will get a voucher to spend online on the winning website that will equal twice the amount spent on their purchase. This voucher expires on 31 December 2022.

In the event of the draw being interrupted for any technical or other reason than CALZADOS VICTORIA once the draw has begun, the uninterrupted draw shall be automatically cancelled, together with the actions and results it has produced, and CALZADOS VICTORIA will start a new draw from the beginning.

The winner of the award will be announced on February 18 on the Instagram account of CALZADOS VICTORIA @victoriashoes.

CALZADOS VICTORIA will contact by email with the winner, who will have a term of seventy-two (72) hours from the reception of the email sent by CALZADOS VICTORIA to confirm the acceptance of the award, stating that you do not want to refund all or part of your order, as the total or partial refund would lead to the cancellation of the participant in the draw by not complying with the requirements of these rules.

Once accepted, CALZADOS VICTORIA will give the winner the discount voucher via email and remind him that it is valid until December 31, 2022 to redeem it.

The acceptance of the prize by the winner is voluntary, waiving any claim against CALZADOS VICTORIA for such reason.

If CALZADOS VICTORIA does not receive in time and form the aforementioned confirmation email from the winner, CALZADOS VICTORIA will automatically disqualify, without prior notice and without any right to compensation to said winner, losing the latter’s right to the prize, leaving the same desert.

CALZADOS VICTORIA reserves the right to declare the draw deserted if (i) the winner cannot be contacted; (ii) the winner does not receive in time and forms by the winner the email of acceptance of the prize or the due information/complete documentation; (iii) the winner rejects or renounces the prize; (iv) the

The winner does not meet the participation requirements established in these Terms of Reference or in any way violates, violates or contradicts the provisions of these Terms of Reference; and/or (v) for reasons of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

6. – Liability regime –

• The participants in the draw commit in any case to comply with the online purchase conditions. CALZADOS VICTORIA will not be responsible under any circumstance for the breach of these rules of the draw or for the violation of the conditions of use mentioned by the participants and/or winners.
• CALZADOS VICTORIA reserves the right to refuse participation in the draw to any participant who does not meet the requirements described in these rules or contravenes the rules or purpose of the draw, and to request any supporting documentation to clarify any irregular or suspected fraud.
• VICTORIA FOOTWEAR is exempt from any liability arising from the information provided by the participant on the data of other users.
• Please note that comments whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, injurious or discriminatory or that could infringe the rights of third parties are not permitted and may be deleted. In addition, CALZADOS VICTORIA is not responsible for the content uploaded by third parties in said draw and for comments whose content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, injurious or discriminatory or that could infringe the rights of third parties.
• CALZADOS VICTORIA is exempt from any liability arising from any circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of the draw and/or the delivery of prizes. CALZADOS VICTORIA shall in no case be liable for damages directly or indirectly resulting from any failure, problem, action or omission by third parties such as and without limitation computer attack equipment, strikes, fires, floods, natural disasters, etc. Likewise, it is not responsible for the possible loss of data due to email problems and/or the malfunction of Instagram.
• CALZADOS VICTORIA shall in no case be liable for any damage caused directly or indirectly by any action, omission or negligence attributable to the participants and/or winners.

7. – Data protection –

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), the inform that the data provided by the winner will be incorporated into a register of activity owned by CALZADOS VICTORIA, in order to manage the participation in the draw, being kept during the period of participation in the draw and, subsequently, during the period legally established for the limitation of legal actions that could derive from the existing relationship between CALZADOS VICTORIA and the participants and/or winners, as well as for the period of time legally established by tax law as well as other applicable legislation.

The only recipients of your data will be the professionals of CALZADOS VICTORIA and will not be transferred to any company, except legal obligation and except for entities that collaborate with CALZADOS VICTORIA for the provision of services and the proper management of the company.

We also inform you of the possibility of exercising your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, deletion, portability, opposition, and revocation, by written request to the data controller at the above address or at the email communication@nuevomilenio.com

8. – Image rights –

By participating in the draw, the participants authorize CALZADOS VICTORIA to reproduce and publicly communicate their name and/or username, in the event that they are winners of the draw, in the profile of CALZADOS VICTORIA on Instagram @victoriashoes, for the sole purpose of making public the identity of the winners of the draw.

9. – Intellectual and industrial property –

The intellectual and industrial property rights associated or linked to the prize must be respected by the winner of the prize, not being responsible CALZADOS VICTORIA for the misuse of the same.

All rights to the images and content related to the drawing are the property of CALZADOS VICTORIA.

10. – Acceptance of the terms –

All participants in the drawing of lots, by the mere fact of participation, accept the basis of this promotion, the rules governing their participation and the terms, conditions and privacy and data protection policy exposed, therefore the manifestation of the non-acceptance of the same will imply the exclusion of the participant and because of the same one will be released CALZADOS VICTORIA from the fulfillment of the obligation contracted with this participant.

CALZADOS VICTORIA reserves the right to modify at any time the terms of this draw, including its possible cancellation before the set deadline, if there is a just cause, pledging to communicate the new terms, conditions of the promotion or the definitive cancellation, if any, with sufficient notice and publicity.

11. – Applicable law –

This promotion will be governed by its own rules. Any dispute that may arise as to the interpretation of them, both CALZADOS VICTORIA and the participants of this promotion expressly submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Calahorra, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
